ABOUT ME
I coach highly successful people who have difficulty owning their success, who think “but what I do is easy, it’s nothing special.” Founders, Leaders, Parents, anyone who has a track record of success but is hungry for the next challenge, who is secretly bored of their current work or life but is afraid to say this outloud because everyone around them would be grateful to be in the same position.
90% of my clients come to me with something career-related; whether it’s to find meaning in their work, to be a better leader, to gain clarity or purpose in their business, to feel fulfilled in a job that feels meaningless. And oftentimes, the conversations are split 50/50 – where only about 50% of the focus is on career and 50% is focused on everything else. Why? Because we’re not just our career. We can’t strip ourselves down to one piece of our life. What impacts our dreams impacts our day to day. What impacts our jobs also impacts our relationships. Looking at your whole life, bringing everything to the table, that’s what I’ll ask of you if you work with me.
I’m a big believer that you have agency. AND I won’t ignore the real external factors that you may be facing. Beware of coaches who only focus on having you “step into your power”; know that when you work with me, you’ll do inner work, step into your power, and we’ll acknowledge that there may be bigger factors outside of your control (e.g., structural racism, power dynamics, sexism).
Prior to coaching, I ran and successfully sold an education startup. I also served as a group coach for Stanford Graduate School of Business and have founded multiple companies including Parent Refresh - a company that provided parent-focused services through life coaching, fitness, and community - and Awaken, a diversity equity and inclusion educational company. My past life includes over 15 years of experience in customer success and change management, mostly in the tech industry.
I have a bachelor’s from Stanford University and am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and accredited by the International Coaching Federation at the PCC level. You can learn more about my background on my LinkedIn profile, I’d love to get connected.
When I’m not coaching, I love watching detective TV shows, researching skincare products, and spending time with my husband Eric and my two kids, Owen (9yo) and Stella (6yo).

You have expertise that I can't even wrap my head around because you're always saying things and asking questions that I couldn't ever expect. I guess that's the point.
