ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Bea.

About Me

I’m a Certified Executive Coach, recognized by Forbes for leadership and career coaching and named a Top 100 Empowerment Speaker by Engage. I bring over 15 years of experience across tech, DEI, education, and wellness, supporting people in leadership through growth, transition, and recalibration.

I’ve founded and led several companies including Beat The GMAT (EdTech), Awaken (DEI education), and Parent Refresh (wellness for caregivers). I’ve coached inside organizations and served as a group coach at Stanford Graduate School of Business. My work is shaped by my identities, my past experiences in customer success, change management, and team development, and built on training in Co-Active coaching, systems work, somatics, and the Enneagram.

I hold a BA from Stanford University and a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation.

Director of HR

“Going back to a demanding job as a new mom was more difficult than I ever imagined. Bea has been the saving grace during my transition, helping to ensure I am able to balance my desire to be a high performer at work as well as a dedicated mom. Bea has helped me uncover things about myself I wasn’t fully aware of (or at least not sure to act on), has given me tangible steps to meet my goals, kept me accountable in the most supportive way, and has shared insights that I will hold onto forever. She has helped me move from survive to thrive.”

I work with high-performers who are recalibrating how they lead and figuring out where they want to go next. These people are deeply capable and often hold significant responsibility. They're senior leaders, founders, VPs, and operators. They're the ones others rely on. They manage teams, make decisions, drive change, and sometimes quietly question the pace, purpose, or direction they're heading.

Maybe that sounds familiar. Maybe you're in that place, too.

Leadership challenges may be what brings you into coaching: questions about clarity, presence, team dynamics, or strategy. But the work often goes deeper than that. Your leadership does not exist in a vacuum. The way you make decisions, what you believe about yourself, and how you handle pressure are all connected. All of it shows up in the room.

My approach is honest, spacious, and direct. I won't hand you a script or ask you to “step into your power” without acknowledging the systems, dynamics, and realities you're navigating, especially if you hold marginalized identities. We focus on what is happening beneath your leadership, not just what is happening around it.

When I'm not coaching, I love watching detective shows, researching skincare products, and spending time with my husband Eric and our two kids, Owen (10yo), and Stella (7yo).

I'd Love to Work With You
