People often seek coaching for many reasons: they lack a clear vision of what they want, or their vision is so large they feel overwhelmed; they feel stuck in an area of their life; they want to invest in their personal growth; they want to gain more confidence. Simply put, people want to raise the ceiling of their potential and live their purpose.
My method of co-active coaching means that the coach and the client are equal partners. You are the expert in your life. I am the expert in helping you uncover what you want and how to get there.
Discover your values. Uncover your purpose. Why were you placed on this earth? Coax and nourish your inner leader.
Unlock new perspectives on the same situation. Learn to separate facts from your interpretation of those facts.
People don’t like feeling sad, disappointed, frustrated, angry; so they usually do everything they can to avoid them. But through coaching, it’s important to resolve those feelings and understand that your ability to process your lowest moments enables you to experience your highest joys.
If you’re tired of feeling like there should be “more” in life, then life coaching is for you. Here are the types of clients I love to work with:
You are on the fast track to becoming a leader in your team, company, community. What is your authentic leadership style? How do you support and lead your people while juggling your day to day responsibilities?
Your social identities as a woman and POC (and any other social identities: LGBTQ, national origin, disability status, and more) will be honored and brought into the full depth of our coaching. This includes acknowledging the unique circumstances and external factors of systemic oppression you face as a WOC or BIPOC.
Many people, with a decade or so of work under their belts, suffer a third-life crisis that usually starts with “What am I doing with my life??” I love these clients because it is never too late to fulfill your life purpose – and I promise, you have one.
I’ve been there. I understand the highs and lows, the loneliness and excitement, the self-doubt and heartbreak, and the moments that make it all worth it. It can be a lonely and scary ride as a founder. And I’m here for you.
If you’re looking for advice, consulting, or a take on Bea’s opinions, then coaching may not be the right option for you. The most powerful and transformational coaching happens when you can determine what’s best for yourself in a coaching session, not me telling you what I think is best for you.
If you’re looking for someone to review your resume, LinkedIn profile, or interview prep, I’m not the right coach for you. I work with you to gain clarity on your vision, ideal self, values, and create a plan to get there.
But…
If you are ready and willing to go deep, to explore with curiosity the possibilities of your life, work, and relationships…then let’s talk. If you desire to slow down and acknowledge your knee-jerk reactions, to break patterns that aren’t serving you or the people around you, then let’s talk.
An ideal client of mine is someone who not only recognizes the importance of this work, but is ready to invest time, energy, resources, and wherewithal in making transformation happen. A great question to ask yourself is: what brings me to coaching? And am I willing to do the hard work to get there?

What I love about Bea is she comes from a place of understanding and is non-judgmental. It was a really easy conversation to have with her and she gave a lot of guiding advice where she allowed me to realize I need to take ownership of my life and career.

Bea's job isn't to tell you what you should or shouldn't do but rather to help bring clarity so that you understand what all your options are and no matter what, you are always in control and it will always be okay. I highly recommend working with Bea!
