  • 5 months of support - 10 total sessions
  • Two scheduled 45-60 minute sessions a month
  • 24/7 Just-In-Time email and text support as needed
  • Access to each session’s notes
  • Midpoint checkin to calibrate and check on goals

360 Leadership Assessment (Add-On Option for Founders & Leaders)

This in-depth, fully customized assessment option includes:

  • Phone interviews with 6 to 8 people that can speak to your strengths, development opportunities, and recommend specific behavior changes
  • A full write-up by Bea with responses anonymized
  • Two back-to-back sessions focused on reviewing the 360 assessment and creating Professional Development Action plan based on feedback
